PGA ready! Need a clean, fully remodelled home away from home accommodations while visiting Rochester for the PGA tour? Look no further! This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath can accommodate 5-6 people extremely comfortable. 2 queen bedrooms, 1 master bath and a single twin bedroom available. Sit on the wrap around deck to enjoy colourful sunsets, morning coffee and simply amazing views. Coffee pot, crock pot, pots, pans, wine glasses, dishes, blenders etc etc all come equipped. Laundry on main floor, central heating and cooling with nest thermostat. On our shaded side of the deck you can enjoy grilling out on the natural gas Webber grill. We are mins from the boat launch and mins from the marina by car or boat and walking distance from camp Stella Maris. This is a great escape meant for relaxation NOT parties. Our year round neighbors appreciate the noise control. This property has been fully renovated inside and out and offer a clean and comfortable escape.

Summary: The Navolino Nautical Nook was a huge hit with our family. Our family ranged in ages from 11 to 86 and the house, space, location on the lake, the sunsets, and many local food establishments made this vacation a big hit. The house is 40 minutes from Letchworth State Park, which is worth a visit, along with the local breweries!

Summary: This was a lovely property, there were two of us staying, and we spent so much time just sitting on the deck looking at the water (and watching a family of ducks). A couple times we had guests, one being a family gathering to celebrate my mom’s 85th birthday; it was a great house for this. We found the home perfectly clean, with nice supplies such as towels, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper. We used the grill a few times, very easy to use. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was easy to keep the house cool with the air conditioners and paddle fans. We loved the different sitting spaces on the first floor, used them all. A wonderful, relaxing stay.

Summary: Everything is well designed, built and maintained. Very spacious and hospitable, with seasonal touches to decorations. Modern appliances and great view of sunsets and lake. Our family will definitely come back.
